Refund policy
At By His Strength, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, we can only accept returns in limited cases as outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to notify us of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After 30 days, we may be unable to process a replacement or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@byhisstrength.co.uk if:

Your item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong product
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the item and the packing slip. Once confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement without delay.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference

Underwear or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items

Gift cards (non-refundable, non-returnable)
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no cost to you once the claim is approved.
Refunds
Once your issue is confirmed, we will process a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
